STUDENT CONSENT & REPRESENTATION FORM

1. Introduction

I hereby appoint the GP2-referred partner, acting through its authorised student referral partner, Global Pathway Partners Ltd, to support me with my university application process. This may include providing guidance, submitting applications on my behalf, and communicating with relevant universities, institutions, and third-party service providers.

2. My Consent

I understand and agree that the GP2-referred partner and its authorised representatives may collect, process, and use my personal information, including:

• Name and contact details
• Academic records and qualifications
• Passport or other identification documents
• Visa-related information
• Financial information, where required for admissions, scholarships, or visa applications

This information will be used for the purpose of supporting my university application and related services, including communication with universities and relevant third-party service providers, such as accommodation providers and visa service providers.

3. My Declarations

I confirm that:

• The information and documents I provide are true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge.
• I understand that the GP2-referred partner is supporting me with my application, but the final decision regarding admission rests solely with the relevant university or institution.
• I confirm that I have, or will have, adequate funds or appropriate sponsorship to support my studies and associated expenses.
• I agree not to apply directly or through another agent to the same university where the GP2-referred partner has submitted an application on my behalf during the same application cycle.
• If I am under 18 years of age, I will ensure that my parent or legal guardian also provides their consent and signs this form.

4. Contact & Withdrawal

I understand that I may contact the GP2-referred partner at privacy@gp2.online to:

• Withdraw my consent, where applicable
• Request access to my personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information

By signing this form, I confirm that I have read and understood the terms outlined in this Student Consent & Representation Form and consent to the processing of my information and to the provision of the services described above.
