1  About GP2 and these terms

These terms explain how you may use gp2.online and the information, referral and application support services provided by Global Pathway Partners Ltd, trading as Global Pathway Partners or GP2 (“we”, “us” and “our”). “You” means the person using our website or requesting our services.

Our contact address is Gatehouse Kiosk, The Wharf, 16 Bridge Street, Birmingham, United Kingdom. You can contact us about these terms, cancellations, complaints or privacy at info@gp2.online.

Please read these terms before using our website or requesting support. GP2 does not charge applicants for its information, referral or application support services and does not collect tuition fees. Browsing, making an enquiry or booking a call does not create a payment obligation to GP2.

These terms apply to our website and support activities. Any separately advertised paid product is governed by the specific product terms explained in section 7. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal information and cookies; acceptance of these terms is not consent to optional marketing or non-essential cookies.

2  Our role and services

GP2 is an information and referral business. We work with agents of education providers and other relevant partners, market study opportunities, introduce prospective applicants and assist with the application or referral process within the scope agreed with you.

Our areas of support may include study abroad, online courses, English-language learning and test preparation, overseas work opportunities, visit visas and travel, and migration pathways. The support available depends on your destination, circumstances and the relevant partner’s services.

GP2 does not operate a school, college or university and does not award academic or professional qualifications. A reference to a university, institution, employer or other provider does not by itself mean that GP2 has a direct agreement with that organisation. Some opportunities are accessed through intermediary partners.

3  Partners and specialist advice

Where we refer you to a partner, we will explain who is expected to handle the next stage and what GP2 is providing. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the partner or provider is responsible for its own assessment, detailed counselling, admissions processing, teaching, recruitment or other specialist services.

General information on our website is not personalised legal, immigration, tax or financial advice. Where regulated advice is needed, it must be provided by a suitably authorised or otherwise lawfully permitted adviser in the relevant jurisdiction. An introduction by GP2 does not mean that GP2 itself provides regulated advice.

Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, GP2’s travel-related role is limited to information and introductions; the relevant supplier is responsible for bookings and travel services. These terms do not establish any ATOL or ABTA protection. Check protection and supplier terms before booking. Nothing here removes any legal responsibility that applies to GP2 because of the services it actually provides.

4  Eligibility and your responsibilities

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and tell us promptly about changes that could affect your enquiry or application. Supply only documents you are entitled to use and information you are authorised to share. Do not submit false qualifications, altered documents or misleading statements.

Review application details, course descriptions, entry requirements, fees, deadlines, offer conditions and provider terms before approving a submission or making a payment. You remain responsible for meeting deadlines and providing requested information, except to the extent that a task is expressly included in GP2’s agreed service.

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be involved where required by law or by a provider. A guardian making an enquiry for a child must have authority to act.

Protect your login details where an account is available and report suspected unauthorised use promptly. Do not share another person’s sensitive information unless you have a lawful basis to do so.

5  Applications and outcomes

We will use reasonable care and skill in providing services we agree to undertake. We will not submit an application on your behalf without your approval or another clear instruction authorising that submission.

Admission, scholarships, fees, credit recognition, employment, work authorisation, visas and immigration status are decided by the relevant institution, employer or public authority. GP2 cannot guarantee any outcome or processing time. An initial assessment, referral or conditional offer is not final approval.

Course availability, intakes, prices, entry criteria and government requirements may change. Confirm the current position before committing to a course, resigning from employment, travelling or incurring other significant costs.

6  Direct payments to education providers

GP2’s information, referral and application support services are provided to applicants without a GP2 service fee. GP2 does not request or collect tuition fees, course fees, education-provider deposits or application fees on behalf of universities or online course providers.

Tuition fees, online course fees and related education charges must be paid directly to the relevant university or education provider through its verified official payment channel. The payment and purchase agreement is between you and that provider. GP2 does not receive or hold these funds and is not a party to that payment agreement.

The education provider’s terms and applicable law govern payments, cancellations, withdrawals, deferrals and refunds, including any visa-refusal arrangements. Direct billing errors, duplicate charges, failed payments and refund requests to the provider or relevant payment service. GP2 does not administer these payments, decide refunds or assume responsibility for a provider’s failure to resolve a payment issue merely because we introduced you. This does not exclude responsibility for GP2’s own errors, negligence, misleading statements or duties imposed by law.

Any separate charges imposed by other providers, public authorities or partners must be agreed with and paid directly to the relevant organisation. They are not GP2 service fees.

GP2 may receive a commission or referral payment from an agent, education provider or other partner following an introduction or successful enrolment. That payment is made under GP2’s commercial arrangement with the partner and is not a service fee charged by GP2 to the student. We do not promise a comparison of every provider or opportunity in the market.

7  Payment security and separately advertised products

GP2 will not ask you to pay for its information, referral or application support services by bank transfer. Do not transfer money to GP2, an individual or another account claiming to collect a GP2 service fee or tuition payment on our behalf.

A payment to GP2 is only applicable if a specific product is expressly advertised as paid on the official GP2 website, its price is clearly stated and an official card-payment link or checkout is provided for that product. Any such purchase is separate from GP2’s free applicant support and from tuition or course fees payable directly to an education provider. GP2 does not request bank transfers for these products.

Before any such purchase, the product page or checkout will identify the seller, what is included, the total price and the applicable purchase, cancellation and refund terms. Any mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. An external provider’s product is sold under that provider’s terms where the provider is identified as the seller.

Access payment links through the official GP2 website and check the named product, price and seller before paying. If you receive an unexpected payment request or are unsure whether a link is genuine, do not pay; contact info@gp2.online to verify it. GP2 will not ask you to send card security codes, passwords or one-time banking codes by email or message.

8  Stopping an enquiry or referral

You may ask GP2 to stop working on your enquiry or referral at any time by contacting info@gp2.online. There is no GP2 cancellation charge for our free applicant support. Stopping our involvement does not automatically withdraw an application or cancel a separate agreement with a university or provider; contact that organisation directly about its process.

9  Website information and external content

We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but website content is general and may become outdated. Contact us about an apparent error. This does not exclude responsibility for misleading statements or for information about our services that becomes legally binding.

External websites, tools and provider materials are controlled by their respective operators. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. A listing or link is not a guarantee of quality, availability, eligibility or suitability. We remain responsible for statements and services for which the law makes us responsible.

10  Acceptable use and intellectual property

Use the website lawfully. Do not introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate others, harass staff or users, submit unlawful material, or disrupt the website. Do not extract personal data or copy website content for commercial reuse without permission or another lawful basis.

Website text, branding, graphics and other materials belong to GP2 or their respective owners or licensors. You may view, download or print reasonable extracts for your personal, non-commercial use while retaining ownership notices. Other use requires permission unless permitted by law. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their owners.

11  Privacy and communications

We handle personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy. Referral activities may require relevant details to be shared with identified partners and, where applicable, transferred internationally using the safeguards required by law. We will explain the intended referral and obtain consent where it is the appropriate legal basis.

We may contact you to respond to your enquiry, arrange a call or provide service updates. Optional marketing is handled separately in accordance with your preferences and applicable law. You can raise privacy concerns at info@gp2.online.

12  Availability and ending support

We may maintain, update or temporarily suspend website features. Where practicable, we will give notice of disruption affecting agreed support. If an event outside our reasonable control delays our work, we will tell you and take reasonable steps to reduce its effect.

We may restrict access or stop support where reasonably necessary because of fraud, unlawful conduct, serious misuse, a material breach of agreed terms or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. This does not remove any legal rights you have.

13  Our responsibility to you

If we breach our contract or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of that breach or failure. A loss is foreseeable if it was obvious that it would happen or both parties knew it might happen when the contract was made.

We are not responsible for a partner’s independent decisions or failings solely because we introduced you to that partner. This does not exclude liability arising from our own negligence, misrepresentation, contractual obligations or any responsibility the law places on us.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Nothing removes your mandatory consumer rights.

14  Complaints and resolving concerns

Send complaints about GP2 to info@gp2.online or our contact address, with your name, reference, a description of the issue, relevant evidence and the outcome you seek. We will acknowledge the complaint, investigate fairly and explain the outcome and any proposed remedy. If more time is needed, we will explain the next steps.

For a complaint about a provider’s service, use that provider’s complaints procedure as well. We can help identify the appropriate contact. You may ask GP2 to review its response if you remain dissatisfied. Where legally required, we will provide details of an appropriate alternative dispute resolution body and state whether we are required or willing to participate. You retain the right to seek independent advice or use the courts.

15  Changes and general provisions

We may revise these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. The latest version and update date will appear on this page. Revised terms apply to future website use and new arrangements; they do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing agreement. Any changes to an existing product agreement must comply with that agreement and applicable law.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue so far as lawful. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. Any transfer of our contractual obligations must not reduce your rights. No person other than you or GP2 has a right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 unless expressly stated otherwise.

16  Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections available under the law of your usual country of residence. You may bring proceedings in any court available to you under applicable consumer jurisdiction rules. Consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
